When an order is placed with Moving Forward Sports, a member of our staff will get in touch if there is anissue on stock availability. We cannot guarantee the immediate availability of all items advertised on ourwebsite, due to the fact that the majority of our stock has to be ordered from the sportswear brand, ormanufactured specifically to your requirements from scratch (bespoke Moving Forward Sports items). Weendeavour to complete all orders in the shortest possible time. Sometimes, there can be delays due to avariety of reasons. If there is a factor that causes an issue with any of your order this will be explained to youas soon as possible when stock and availability has been checked. If we are unable to fulfil the full order, weshall always offer an alternative that is available immediately, or alternatively we shall offer a full refund.
When you place an order, please speak to a member of our staff who will be happy to give you a realisticestimated completion date. If you have a special event, cup final or such like, please make us aware, and wewill be honest in the ability to complete the order on time. We will always work to meet the deadlines yourequire us to meet.
UK (Mainland) – Next Day UK MAIL Delivery (signed for service).
We also offer the option to collect orders from our showroom free of charge.
Ireland – Usually 2 day UK MAIL Delivery (signed for service).
International delivery – A member of our staff will contact you to organise a suitable delivery service. Wewill always look to find the most cost effective method, and provide a quote. We will ensure the delivery iscovered with sufficient insurance cover for peace of mind. Costs will vary depending on the size of theconsignment, and delivery location.
Please note; Orders are only despatched on weekdays (Monday to Friday). If your order is despatched on aFriday, it will be scheduled for delivery the following Monday (UK orders). A Saturday delivery service isavailable for an additional fee if required. Please make our staff aware if you require your delivery service tobe upgraded in this way.
Once your order has been despatched from Moving Forward Sports, the customer will be responsible forhaving provided correct information, full address, and someone being able to accept the delivery with asignature. Parcels cannot be left without a signature, but alternative addresses such as a work address canbe provided. Split order deliveries can be arranged, but will result in multiple delivery charges being applied.
Shortages/missing items must be notified to Moving Forward Sports within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged items must be notified to Moving Forward Sports within 48 hours of delivery. Bespoke/Custom garments and items made specifically to a customers instructions have a strict no returns policy unless proven to be faulty or not as per approved final artwork. No returns are available on any clearance items. Refunds will only be made on items returned (at the customers expense) which are unused, not damaged, and are complete with original packaging, labels, tickets, and other associated contents still complete and attached as they were when despatched. Such returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the delivery. (This does not affect your statutory rights). Any garments or products that have been customised/personalised by way or printing, embroidery, or other method, are unable to be returned under any circumstances. All good that are returned are under the customers responsibility. Losses in transit will be at the risk of the customer. Any returns, disputes, or faulty claims, must be made by filling in the relevant form provided by Moving Forward Sports. Any returns of this nature, must have the correct paperwork enclosed to be processed and assessed. Returns will only be accepted with the prior authorisation of Moving Forward Sports. A fee of £20.00 will be applied to all returned orders for administration costs. A restocking charge of 10% of the original cost of the goods will be applied to all returned goods.
