COVID-19 Statement

Following recent events, we have yet to comment on the situation around the current pandemic. With the most recent announcements from the government and health officials, we feel now is the correct time, to give a full, honest and as accurate an update as possible on how this will affect our business, and our customers.

As of last Friday, 20th March, we decided as a business we would look to put plans into place to ensure our staff and business could operate as safely as possible with as little risk as possible to others. From Friday, we took measures so that staff would be able to work from home.

In the last week or so, we have seen orders become more sparse, to in the last week completely dry up. In the interim all current orders in the system are being manufactured, finished and completed where is possible, depending on where items are sourced or manufactured.

These are worrying times, as now should be the time of seeing a wave of new enquiries as clubs look to prepare for end of season awards, summer tournaments and festivals, and planning kit and clothing for next season. We appreciate with the overall shut down of sport, customers have to prioritise the health and wellbeing of themselves and their families. When the current orders have been completed, we will stop processing any further orders, in order that everyone can keep themselves safe and well.

We know this is a worrying time for everyone, and we hope this will not last too long. We will in this downtime, be working hard behind the scenes, preparing new ranges, procedures, and improvements to make the business even better than before. We hope that our valued customers, clubs, and perspective new customers will also come through the other side in a good place.

We hope when you too are back operating, you will be ready to come to us with new business. Being a brand that manufactures kits in the UK, our customers help support the income of far more people they can ever imagine.

  • The sales representative who meets with you to discuss requirements.

  • The administration staff who process the order form.

  • The accounts team who set up the invoicing and take payment.

  • The graphic designers who create the artwork and visuals.

  • The production team who set up the printing.

  • The textile department who grade and cut the fabric.

  • The sewing machinists who stitch the garments

  • The quality control team who check and check again to ensure everything is correct.

  • The packing and despatch team who package and get orders out.

  • The courier company who collect and put through their warehouse network

  • The delivery driver who gets your order to you

Each order we process and complete, has well over 30 people involved, and supports their wages, and their families.

All of these people, are people like us, who are going through hard times right now, but will need to have work to continue to provide for their families, and we really hope you will be in a position to support them all with your orders in the future.

We thank you again for your fantastic past, and future custom, and wish you and your loved ones the very best of health, and to remain safe and well.

If anyone needs to contact us during this time, please appreciate as we are working from home, the best way to do so is via email, as we will not be monitoring the office phone.
