After Care
Once a garment has been manufactured or personalised, it must be washed according to manufacturer’s instructions and/or guidelines.
Sports and technical garments should never be tumble dried, ironed, or dry cleaned).
Looking after your kit is paramount to ensure it has the best life span possible.
Please be aware that the garments we sell may be used in muddy and or dirty conditions.
A good practise is to rinse soiled garments in water prior to washing, to remove excess mud, dirt etc.
It cannot be guaranteed that stains such as mud and grass will completely disappear, but rinsing will help.
The avoidance of harsh detergents, containing chlorine bleach or similar chemicals is adivisable.
Using fabric conditioners or suchlike should also be avoided as these breakdown any transfers etc that have been applied, however socks will benefit from the use of fabric conditioners.
Do not leave garments after using, such as in a kit bag, or to wash later, or leaving folded and damp. It is best to pre soak and wash as soon as possible.
When using a washing machine do not overload, and wash with similar items and fabrics using a suitable setting.
Neither the manufacturer nor Moving Forward Sports Limited will accept liability for staining or discolouring caused by elements foreign to the materials used by the manufacturer.
Returns, Damages, sizing & shortages
All orders need to be confirmed by e-mail or fax. Verbal orders will NOT be accepted without a follow up confirmation in writing, ie replying by email to make confirmation. By paying for an invoice or order, it is also confirmation that all details are correct and approved by the customer. For certain orders, you may receive a “job sheet” with visuals and order information which will also require approving, by approving this reference document you are again confirming all details are correct. After confirming in this way, it may not be possible to make any changes, and if an order has gone to production, the order cannot be changed or amended.
We will endeavour to complete the order to the customers satisfaction, but will not be held responsible for any mistakes that occur from any verbal direction or confirmation by payment of invoice or approval of job sheets.
If any information on an invoice or job sheet is incorrect, it is the customers responsibility to point this out so changes can be made if not past the point of production starting.
On repeat or top up orders, Moving Forward Sports may proceed straight to production to ensure the order can be completed more quickly.
Online club shop orders will be processed in batches with other orders, and in most instances go to production quickly and cannot be changed.
It is the customers responsibility when confirming an online order passing the payment page that all details are correct.
Sizes ordered will be solely at the customers own risk, if you are unsure of sizing please check before making or confirming and order. Moving Forward Sports cannot advise on what size to order as customers will have personal preference on how they like a garment to fit.
Moving Forward Sports offers the option to try on samples at our showroom premises to check you preferred sizing. We also offer sizing sessions, which can be at a club or customers premises subject to this service being agreed with a club or organisation.
Any shortages or errors must be notified to Moving Forward Sports within 5 working days of delivery.

There is a strict no returns policy on all clearance items.
All goods that are returned are at the customer’s responsibility, and at the customers own cost.
Any losses in transit will be at the risk of the customer.
Any goods that are returned will need to be supported by paperwork in terms of a completed Returns Form, containing customer’s details, including phone number and relevant order number reference and description of the reasons why it is being returned.
When items are returned they will be investigated and assessed, this could include product testing which may take some time.
