Re-opening Date Announced, with safety measures implemented…

The most recent changes from government within the pandemic regulations mean we are now able to re-open for business. Moving Forward Sports will be opening its doors to customers again from Monday 22nd June 2020. The showroom will be open, and we will be welcoming customers back in. However there will be new procedures in place to make visits as safe as possible. Pre-booked appointments only will be in place. Also any sizing sessions needed will only be booked with 72 hour gaps in between to ensure clothing can be safely tried on. We will advise limited amount of people visiting, and meetings and sizing can only take place with a maximum of two different households from a club visiting together. A limit of 5 people to be present during these meetings. If more people come, they will be asked to wait outside. Hand sanitiser and paper towels will be provided. We would ask customers to please pre-book an appointment to visit us.

New Products - Customised Face masks!

Due to popular demand, and the regulations that you must wear a face mask on public transport, we are now taking orders for customised face masks. The minimum order is 100 of the same design. Masks are fully sublimated, so can be club designs, and we believe we are offering some of the most affordable available, so clubs can make some profits to generate revenue for their clubs during this down time. Lead times of just one and a half weeks!

Club Shops… More and more of our customers are enjoying the benefits of our online club shop service. Having all our clubs available items in an online shop gives a great reference as a brochure, or catalogue to show managers and members what is available. Not only this, but it cuts down on admin headaches for volunteers, as members and parents can place small orders direct with Moving Forward Sports for collection or delivery, and clubs don’t have to collate orders, check sizing, nor deal with money. PRECISION TRAINING EQUIPMENT… Over the years Moving Forward Sports has often sold additional items to customers to help serve their requirements. This year we felt we wanted to go further, and offer the best, just like we aim to do with our own kits and clothing. MY CLUB PRO… Club Websites, what a minefield and labour of love they can be! Someone within a club, a volunteer, takes on the task of giving a club as professional a website as possible. But it can take many hours. The costs for a decent platform can escalate. Then there is having all the annoying pop up adverts, from companies your club receive no money from… well not anymore. Supplying the Tour…. As we continue to develop links with clubs and organisations, once of the latest links sees us become the Official Kit Supplier for the NFGL - National FootGolf League, which consists of three tours: ECFG - Eastern Counties FootGolf, SWFG - South West FootGolf, EMFG - East Midlands FootGolf. These three tours put on competitions throughout the season, and we are delighted to be a part of it. Each of these tours now has it’s own online club shop for clothing, and keep an eye out for the release of the special edition winners shirts! Only event winners and staff will have these, so could become quite a collectors piece.

Vote GG…. our friends over at the fantastic Grassroots Gossip podcast have started getting some deserved recognition. The West Midlands based duo, who pose questions to well known non league characters have been put forward for the Football Content Awards - Best In Non League award. We think they are more than deserving of winning this award, and we are calling on our followers and customers to vote for them.
